🧮 What makes review for math better? Playing interactive whole class board games! ♟️ Mrs. Millan’s fifth graders reviewed rounding with decimals by playing a competitive game of Connect 4️⃣!! 🚀

🚀 Mrs. Rhoden and Mrs. Smith's classes joined forces last week to learn about the basics of drumming and boomwhackers, rhythms and notation. 🪘We are getting ready for drum club auditions! 🥁

Our littles had a visit from all sorts of friends from Emit's Farm today! 🐷 🐍 🐰

3️⃣ Grade does a science experiment!! 🚀 The question is, does a cutie float?  🍊 What if it is peeled?  🤔 They were surprised to see what happened!

Mrs. Auten's second graders had a special guest reader last week. 📚 Ms. Fields came to read "The Big Cheese" to the students and even brought a special snack of... you guessed it, CHEESE!! 🧀 We love our parent & grandparent volunteers! ✨ You are a big part of the magic at Reidville! 🚀

We are thrilled to announce that Mrs. Candace Griffey, one of our incredible 4K teachers, has been honored by the 2025 Reidville Elementary Literacy Council as a Distinguished Teacher!

This prestigious recognition, sponsored by the Palmetto Literacy Council, celebrates Mrs. Griffey’s outstanding dedication to helping our youngest learners build a strong foundation in early literacy. Her tireless work and passion for teaching have led her students to master critical early reading skills that set the stage for lifelong success.

Mrs. Dobson's third graders have had a fun week with learning and new friends? 🐸Happy Thursday, everyone!

🚀 First grade participated in a Boot Camp math and phonics review! 📚 They completed missions such as Heart Word soldier Relay, base ten building, place value expanded form, and a phonics obstacle course to earn stars on their dog tags. 🏷️

🚀 📚 Dakota came to visit Mrs. Buxton’s 4th grade class this morning to read Who Would Win? Hammerhead vs Bull Shark. 🦈

Kindergarten takes Strawberry Hill! 🍓 🎃 They played games, learned about the grow cycle for pumpkins and enjoyed some sunshine! Thank you for having us, Strawberry Hill, USA! 🇺🇸
