Today during Flex, two students practiced “buying” items and getting change back! This is one of the skills the RISE class works on to help students be prepared for life outside classroom. #CougarsLEAD

Today we were so excited to have 8th graders Aly Grace Cloonan and Ivana Santamarina lead and share at FCA. They were so well prepared and did an outstanding job! #CougarsLEAD




Red Ribbon Week



Mr. Ebaugh’s students were studying how synthetic materials are made from natural resources and were challenged with the question, "How can a life-cycle diagram be used to make a decision about a product. Jackson Garriga and some of his classmates were selected as the overall winners!

Mrs. Ready’s students observed Newton’s Second Law of motion by rolling marbles down a track to move a styrofoam cup. They recorded the distance the cup moved and graphed their results! #CougarsLEAD

Be Great Academy


Mrs. Shennan’s students competed in the Science and Technology Vehicle Competition with kites, catapults, egg cars, rubber band cars, and mousetrap cars! 🪁🥚










Ms. Butler’s students did some research on their native countries, and today they made presentations sharing information about experiences in their country and its culture. They did such an amazing job!
